Terms of Service

Last updated: 10 July 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of the Clinera platform by a dental clinic (the “Clinic”) and its staff. By registering a clinic or using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of the Clinic.

1. Acceptance

The person registering confirms they are authorised to bind the Clinic and to accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Clinera provides a multi-tenant, subscription-based platform for managing dental-clinic operations — scheduling, patient and clinical records, billing, commissions, labs and reporting. We may improve, change or discontinue features over time.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service lawfully and only for legitimate clinic operations. You must not attempt to access another clinic’s data, disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, upload malicious content, or use it to violate anyone’s rights or applicable law.

4. Your data and patient consent

The Clinic owns and is responsible for the data it enters. The Clinic is solely responsible for obtaining any patient consent required to collect, store and process patient information (including clinical and contact details) and for complying with medical-records and data-protection law. Clinera processes this data only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Service “as is” and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. Clinera is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profit or revenue. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. The Clinic is responsible for maintaining its own clinical and professional judgement; the platform is a tool, not a substitute for professional care.

6. Subscription and billing

Access is provided on a subscription basis. Fees, trial periods, billing cycles and the consequences of non-payment (such as a read-only lockout after a grace period) are described in your plan and the billing policy. Data is not deleted merely because a subscription lapses.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or to protect the service or its users. The Clinic may stop using the service at any time. On termination, the data-handling described in the Privacy Policy applies.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Egypt have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified through the service or by other reasonable means. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Contact

For questions about these Terms, contact Clinera support. Contact details are shown on the sign-in screen and in your account.
